A Night with Trivium

With openers like Khemis, Whitechapel, and Between The Buried And Me there’s no doubt that Trivium knocked it out of the park with their line-up for their Deadman and Dragons tour.

This past Sunday [October 22nd, 2022] Trivium made a stop in their hometown of Orlando, Florida, and made some serious noise at The House Of Blues Orlando. With the band's thunderous lows echoing all throughout Disney Springs along with a sold-out crowd singing along to every word there’s a reason this group has such a long-standing reputation, has an incredibly strong following, and only continues to evolve into something different with every release.

Talk about stage presence…

With energy so strong it was so contagious and without even being present on the stage, with only a white curtain dividing concertgoers from the main attraction the crowd got the party going by singing along to Iron Maiden’s “Run to the Hills” as they eagerly anticipated the band’s arrival only for the divisive veil to finally drops to reveal the band waiting just as eagerly as the sea of people in front of them and with that the show began.

The 3 C’s

Throughout the night the sound was clean, clear, and consistent from Matt’s strong and melodic vocals that could carry for miles, Alex’s kick rhythmically thumping in your chest, Paolo’s bass resonating through the crowd causing the hairs to rise on your neck, to Corey’s shredding sending the audience into a trance leaving them thrashing their bodies to the rhythm.

Trivium is a band that has indeed proven their worth and has stood the test of time with a career spanning over 20 years. This Grammy-nominated band is one you must experience at least once [maybe twice] in your life. From stage presence to sound this is an experience you don’t want to miss.
